Narwal Flow

RightRobot's current view

Narwal's newest mopping-led flagship is a strong option for hard-floor homes that want a roller mop kept clean during the run. Independent testing also found capable carpet cleaning and hair handling, but software quirks, a reported pump-priming issue and unclear current UK availability are material cautions.

The main things to know before buying are no live UK purchase route was verified when checked and two independently tested units needed pump priming before the dock worked correctly.

Our take so far

Narwal Flow has useful exact-model information, but the fuller independent assessment is still being completed. Use the known features as a guide rather than a promise of class-leading performance.

Narwal documents the continuously washed FlowWash roller mop, 22,000Pa fan claim, 12mm mop lift and dual-camera obstacle system. Vacuum Wars independently tested cleaning, hair handling, navigation and obstacle avoidance, with strong mopping and carpet results but a quality-control concern across two units.
