Worth taking seriously. Its cleaning scores are now staged, but it remains a coverage/research model until ownership support, replacement-parts confidence and the repeated side-brush issue are better understood.

V20.28 has now staged conservative cleaning/navigation evidence from Mumsnet's month-long family-home test and the Irish Examiner's exact-model review. The repeated side-brush issue stays as an unresolved ownership/reliability claim rather than being converted into a reliability score.

What looks good — and what to weigh up

Reasons to consider it

  • Strong suction for the price in hands-on testing
  • Accurate LiDAR mapping
  • Bagless dock avoids replacement dust-bag costs

Trade-offs / checks

  • Mopping is basic
  • Self-emptying is loud
  • Setup/app behaviour has some quirks
  • Support and spare-parts confidence is less established
